Russell Brand "Walks Away"

During his speech at the Wembley Arena last year (See: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/david-icke-from-wogan-to-wembley.html) David Icke said a few words about the various celebrities whom he'd made friends with; usually these were short term relationships. He said of them: "Talk alone doesn't impress me. Walk the talk or walk away!" I think he was referring to one man in particular, Russell Brand. I knew David and he were getting close after a series of very good interviews Brand did with David on Brand's show, eg: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZXi4hiGuOk. Russell Brand is one of these celebrities who seems to have become famous... simply because he's famous! He's an actor and comedian as well as a bon viveur and high society socialite who has dated many very glamourous women. For some reason that I can't quite understand he has been now made acting editor of New Statesman magazine see: https://subscribe.newstatesman.com/link/PAX?gclid=CKCf09uTvboCFXMRtAodGUoA_A. This turn of events led to his appearance on Jeremy Paxman's show, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLYcn3PuTTk. The interview begins with Paxman displaying his extensive qualifications for BBC journalism, ie: complete ignorant naivete, by asking Brand again and again why he doesn't vote. Then Brand describes his own political views and his revolutionary utopian vision, some of which is progressive, but most of which sounds very suspiciously crypto-Marxist, straight out of Zeitgeist.

I do think Russell Brand is being sincere, but this doesn't mean he's not a shill. I think over 90% of those used to disseminate disinformation are "useful idiots" who have no idea what they're being exploited for. What strikes me is that Brand is not professing any of the information he has learned from his friendship with David Icke. He doesn't mention 9/11, Reptilians etc. Why not? Is he scared of being called a loony? Maybe he thinks he can do some good by just giving people "part of the truth" while holding back what he thinks will be regarded as "too far out". The problem with this kind of strategy is that it can lead to a blind alley, and it can happen almost without us knowing if we think we really can juggle facts with political expediency. How much will the truth weigh down on Brand before he has to make the decision: tell it and be called a loony, lose his position in the mainstream? Or keep stacking it up in the attic where nobody can see it? If he chooses the latter then he's wasting his time because he'll end up simply telling the people whatever the dictator of what is sane and insane decides he should say. I think the political structures of conformist society are deliberately designed to lure people in and disarm them like this. My conclusion therefore is to avoid the mainstream media altogether, unconditionally; I've been faced with this decision myself and taken a very different choice from Brand, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/offer-from-channel-4_6.html. I've a feeling that if Brand lets himself be used for long enough he may be allowed to "drop the bombshell" that he's a 9/11 Truther. But if so he'll merely be made to rant about "fermite!" and about "planes 'ittin' da buildinz!" And how they were brought down by "contwolled demolition, know wot I mean, Man!" Any mention of Dr Judy Wood will be strictly off the agenda.

My Cannabis Experience

A few days ago I was effected by cannabis for the first time in my life. Yes, my eighteen year old daughter has been stoned before her father was, much to her amusement! I don’t know why I never experienced cannabis before, I’ve smoked a few cannabis joints in my time, but it turns out all the while I was breathing wrong when I did it. I learned this from a friend Ustane and I went to visit a few days ago who taught me how to take it properly. Soon after I turned up at their house, my friend handed me an ornately-carved wooden pipe and instructed me to inhale from it deeply and to hold my breath for as long as I could. It was difficult for me not to splutter because I’m a non-smoker and my lungs are very sensitive, but I managed it. The smoke from the bowl of the pipe was sweet-smelling and formed beautiful shapes in the air.

Cannabis, aka “marijuana”, “pot”, “dope”, “weed”, “spliff”, “grass”, “blow” and many other names, depending on your location and the nature of its preparation which are many, is a psychoactive drug extracted from the female flowers of the hemp plant. Despite the fact that it’s been in use since prehistoric times, it’s a criminal offence to take or possesses cannabis in many countries, including my own, the UK. However this hasn't stopped it being used by most people at some point, including almost everybody I know. Somehow, I never did myself, even though I’ve been very interested in mind-expanding drugs for some time, see: http://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/programme-40-podcast-niall-murphy.html. As soon as I’d had a drag on the pipe I expected to feel slightly drunk; because I’ve never experienced it before, I assumed that’s what being stoned was like, just a different kind of drunkeness, but I was completely wrong. Nothing at all happened for about five to ten minutes and I felt completely normal, then I found myself starting to chuckle at things people were saying; it was odd because what they were saying wasn’t necessarily what I’d normally find funny. My chuckling soon dissolved into an uncontrollable state of mirth. My companions told me afterwards that I laughed hysterically non-stop for over an hour; in the morning I had abdominal muscle strain as a result. There were four other people in the room who were trying to have a conversation over my raucous merriment and every single thing they said sounded to me like the funniest joke in the world. I couldn’t help it; I’ve never laughed so much in all my life. It took several hours for me to reach a point where I could even talk properly, but there were other effects of the drug too. When I was finally able to string a sentence together between giggles I found I could only speak very slowly. It wasn’t the aphasic slurring of drunkenness, but just that my vocal organs were stiff and my mental speech processes very slow. And it was strange because at the same time my thoughts were very intense and clear. Memory especially was extremely vivid and recall of events long past was far easier than normal. I remember talking about one of the early David Icke Forum meet-ups which some of us had attended, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/the-glastenbury-affair.html, and it felt like a much more recent memory. I was careful to steer my train of thought away from less pleasant recollections, which I found surprisingly easy; I enjoyed enormous self-control. At the same time as being under the influence of cannabis I was drinking wine. I was a bit worried about the effect mixing the two narcotics together might have, but I couldn’t help it because the wine tasted so good, and it wasn’t a fancy vintage either, as if I could afford that! It was just a cheap bottle of screw-top red from my local corner shop. When we ate some food, that tasted wonderful too; in fact my sense of taste was supercharged. The same went for my other senses too, apart from touch. My skin felt numb and tingling. Eventually I had to get up and I found movement very difficult at first. Again, it was not like being drunk; there was no dizziness, it was just that I could only move very slowly. When I stood up I felt very steady on my feet, even more so than usual, but I had to take my time with every muscle contraction. As I rose from the comfortable settee I was on I felt I was floating up, as if I were standing up from the bottom of a swimming pool. In fact being underwater is a perfect analogy; the air around me felt very dense, almost like water. When I waved my hand in the air it was like waving it under the surface of a bath. As I trudged labouriously through the house I felt like I was on the seabed in one of those old-fashioned diving suits with lead boots. I had to lean forward to propel myself though what felt like very viscous liquid. My feet and arms felt weighed down but the rest of me was light and floaty. Some people have reported psychedelic effects with cannabis, including out-of-body experiences; I didn’t, although at one point in the evening there was a blackout and we lit some candles. As we sat in a circle with candles on the carpet between us I suddenly got the feeling we were outdoors, sitting on a hillside, instead of in the lounge of my friend’s house. I did however get the sense of strange presences in the vicinity, even though I couldn’t see or hear anybody. At one point I could have sworn somebody was standing in the kitchen through the open door; I looked around at my companions and realized they were all there. At one point I ceased to be able to recognize people; I looked around me wondering where Ustane was when she was sitting right beside me. I went to bed after what felt like days because my passage of notional time was also slowed down considerably by the drug; in reality it was only about six hours after my initial dose. I had a normal night’s sleep with average dreams and when I woke up I realized that the effects of the drug were still lingering, a “stoneover” my friend called it. This is very different from an alcoholic hangover; there was no illness at all, no nausea or headache etc, just the same effects I’d experienced the previous evening but far weaker. In the afternoon we went for a walk in the forest near her home and I felt that strange presence again; I kept looking over my shoulder thinking somebody was following us right behind in our footsteps. In fact I don’t think I returned to “Channel Normal” as Graham Hancock calls it, for the entire rest of the day.

I’m very grateful to my friend for giving me this experience; it was very powerful and pleasurable, far stronger and very different from alcohol intoxication. I feel no urge to do the same again right away, but I’m very glad indeed that I did it this time. I’ve always been opposed to the legal prohibition of drugs. Cannabis when taken properly is not only completely harmless, but it can be very beneficial. It has enormous medical potential and is used by doctors in all countries where it’s not banned to treat all kinds of ailments; many British doctors will recommend it, strictly off the record of course. I think any drug can be abused and can be harmful in some instances, but cannabis has far less potential to do harm than most others, and is certainly far less deadly than the two most commonly-permitted drugs: booze and tobacco. Used sensibly by mature adults, cannabis can give much goodness to humanity… could that be the reason it is banned?

Blackmore's Ladyshave

Dr Susan Blackmore has spoken at the latest TAM- The Amaz!ng Meeting conference, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PVR-zcZBE2E. TAM has been running since 2003 and this year they had their fifteenth conference, subtitled Fighting the Fakers! See: http://www.amazingmeeting.com/. Blackmore has been a speaker at several of them in the past because she is one of the world’s most famous Skeptics; in fact for a while she was “rent-a-Skeptic”, to quote herself, always brought onto TV programmes and newspaper articles to present the Skeptical side of the argument with any media story, like Prof. Chris French does today. However she wasn’t always a Skeptic, in fact she began her career as a “true believer” in the paranormal and saw her parapsychological work as a quest to prove it. This was triggered by a very intense drug trip she experienced while a student at Oxford. However, after years of painstaking research she relates that she found no evidence at all for the paranormal and concluded that it does not exist. She therefore became a Skeptic and this of course led to a highly successful second career.

Her speech at this year’s TAM is one of the most interesting that she’s ever given because, after about 27 minutes, she reveals an event in her life that she’s only mentioned before once on stage, her 1979 project with Dr Carl Sargent. She assisted him in his experiments to find out if the Ganzfeld Method could produce proof of “psi”, supernatural mental abilities. This is where one person is placed in one room and a second person separated completely in another and one tries to communicate with the other telepathically. Sargent appeared to have produced some highly significant scientific results which captivated Blackmore and she sped up to Cambridge as fast as she could to observe in his laboratory. What Sargent had discovered seemed to be everything she’d dreamed of, however she quickly became suspicious that he was cheating. She writes about what happened on her personal website in this 1987 article from the Journal of the Society for Psychical Research, see: http://www.susanblackmore.co.uk/Articles/JSPR%201987.htm (I don’t know why part of this article has been obliterated by overprinting). Blackmore’s writing style is very professional and cool-headed here; what is absent is the emotionally painful nature of the incident. She has only divulged the extent to which it traumatized her in a previous lecture at TAM London in 2010; unfortunately it was not filmed, but I was there in the audience: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2010/10/tam-london-2010.html. In fact Blackmore began weeping on stage during some parts of her lecture. She doesn’t go into all the details in this latest speech at TAM 2013, but she was in fact severely reprimanded by her supervisor for accusing Sargent of cheating. As she saw it, all she was doing was being intellectually honest and trying to expose scientific fraud; why should she be made out to be the bad guy? Sargent was never officially charged for his alleged misdemeanour and continued his career unchallenged; today he has left science altogether and designs role-playing fantasy games.

There’s nothing I despise more than an amateur psychologist (except perhaps a professional one), but if you will excuse me while I indulge myself in what I loathe and speculate that Susan Blackmore might have an axe to grind. If she does then it’s probably a just one, but it may well have beat the trail to her discovery of the Skeptic Movement. Some may find it strange that an individual with the kind of passionate certainty that she used to have could possibly change her mind and become a Skeptic, but it’s no surprise to me at all. In fact I’ve noticed that the people most likely to defect to Skepticism are the most zealous “true believers”, the most doctrinaire and the most chauvinistic towards opposing viewpoints. They either change into Skeppers or they drop off the scene altogether. Those who see things more holistically and introspectively, who feel more sympathy and tolerance for Skeptics, and are willing to listen to their counter-arguments, tend to be far more secure and stable in their ideas. This is because the fanatic is more likely to feel offence and betrayal when reality doesn’t match their narrow and conditional expectations. The same goes the other way round, I doubt not; one of the most intelligent and persuasive Christian critics of Richard Dawkins is Alister McGrath, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2007/08/richard-dawkins-enemies-of-reason.html. Yet he professes to have once been so staunch an atheist that he could not even bear to be in the company of anybody religious. Another interesting observation is that in her lecture Blackmore states how often she gets hate mail from non-Skeptics, yet when she was a “believer” no Skeptic was ever rude to her. How times have changed! See:  http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/sally-morgan-skeptic-fail.html

William Levengood Dies

Dr William C Levengood
March 1925- September 2013

I’m sorry to report that Dr William Levengood had died, see: http://www.bltresearch.com/WCLObit.pdf. He was eighty-eight years old. Dr Levengood was a biophysicist who, along with his colleagues John Burke and Nancy Talbott assisted by many others, was one of the few professional scientists to investigate the phenomenon of crop circles. His team, BLT Research, caused a storm of controversy when they announced that they rejected the 100% man-made hypothesis. The reason for their conclusion was changes they observed in the plants and soil of some crop circles that differed from those known to have been made by people using conventional crop circle-making methods. His work laid the foundation for many other investigators like Robert Hulse, David Cayton and Lucy Pringle, see: http://www.richplanet.net/detail.php?dbindex=212. Naturally BLT’s ideas have been met with severe criticism by 100% MMH-believers, see: http://www.ipadio.com/broadcasts/TrystanSwale/2011/8/24/Ep97--Trystan-Swale. The debate over the origins of crop circles continues to this day. I’m sure most people with an interest in crop circles, whatever their views, will lament Dr Levengood’s demise and appreciate his legacy into this fascinating enigma.

Prince George is Christened

Prince George has been christened, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24642388. The ceremony was a private one conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Royals appear as unemotional about it as they do everything else. The full name of the baby is George Alexander Louis. George represents the continuity of the Monarchy; the most common name for a King of England; in fact if the Illuminati have their way this baby is destined to one day become King George VII. Alexander might refer to Scotland and Louis to France; does this symbolize the advancement of the European Union in some way? The baby’s gown is a replica of Princess Victoria’s from 1841; the Royal Family are obsessed with these kinds of ritual recreations, “tradition”, as they call it.

For me, the backdrop to this entire saga is yet another delay in the coroners’ inquest into the death of nurse Jacintha Saldanha, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24021510. I have spoken about this case before and I don’t believe the official story that she simply committed suicide. Sadly nurses are at a very high risk of committing suicide, but never for something as trivial as a phone call from a pair of Australian jokers; anybody who knows the first thing about what nurses have to go through would realize that immediately. Was she murdered? If so why? It could have been an occult sacrifice, seeing as the aristocracy is so obsessed with the occult. There’s no doubt that this baby… or babies plural because there’s rumoured to be more than one of them… is more vitally important to the House of Windsor than any other. Or perhaps she was eliminated because she knew too much; while caring for Kate she may have discovered something she wasn’t supposed to. See here for important background: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2012/12/death-of-nurse-jacintha-saldanha.html.

Giants found in Iraq

Iraqi archaeologists have reported that they've uncovered the bones of giants. The skeletons of four males were dug up in the Kalar district, south of the city of Kirkuk in Iraq. They have not been formally dated yet, but they're said to be several thousand years old. The notoriety for this find however relates to the height of the specimens; it's been calculated that they would have stood over ten feet tall. This puts them more than 1 foot 1 inch taller than the most extreme confirmed and living case of human giantism, Robert P Wadlow of Alton, Illinois, USA (1918 - 1940), see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Wadlow. The archaeologists revealed to the press that they'd discovered the skeletons in July 2012 and Nexus magazine published the story in August of this year. Mohammed Ali (not the boxer) of the Garmyan Archaeology Department said that they had been digging for six weeks before they unearthed the bones in the Rahim Hills area of Kalar; when they saw the size of them these trained and experienced experts couldn't believe their eyes. The bodies had been deliberately buried in deepset graves and beside them were jars dated to about 4500 BC. Dr Ali sent photographs of the find to colleagues in Jordan, Turkey and the United States.

The source Nexus gives for the story is a media outlet called AK News however the actual page URL reference gives us this: http://www.aknews.com/en/aknews/1/317590/ . The site has been taken down since the article was written. Skeptics will no doubt claim that the entire scoop is a hoax and that AK News does not exist (a bit like James Randi's "WOOP Radio", see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jksKtGoz3og). But it does exist... or rather it did, see: http://www.ekurd.net/mismas/articles/misc2012/9/state6528.htm. This article says that AK News had to shut down due to "financial burden", but it's odd that this shutdown took place just two months after publishing the report by Dr Ali's team. Is this a cover-up I see before me? Today the only online reference to the story is here: http://shallroar.com/ADAM%20&%20EVE%20IN%20THE%20LAND%20OF%20GIANTS.html. Its theme is very Christian and Biblical, something I do not endorse at all, but a lot of the information it gives is highly interesting. As you can see this is not the first time that human remains of extraordinary size have been found. Bones have been discovered of people even bigger than the Kalar giants; in fact the biggest specimen reported in an astonishing thirty-six feet high, which puts this individual in the league of fairy tale characters; "Fee-fi-fo-fum" etc! Not only the bones of giants have been found, but artificial utensils built to scale, like the axes shown in the photo on the page above. I've also come across a report of an enormous hammer being encountered. I read this in Michael Cremo's book Forbidden Archaeology; sorry, I can't find a proper online reference. The hammer is far too big and heavy for even the strongest normal-sized man to wield and was found in the ancient copper mine at Great Orme in north Wales, one of the most mysterious and unexplored places on Earth, see: http://www.greatormemines.info/. Were there really people of a far bigger size long ago? There's a line in the Bible about it "There were giants in the earth in those days" (Gen. 6:4). There are many accepted and conclusive discoveries of animals of other species existing in a far larger size in the past, like the giant shark Megalodon, see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megalodon. There are even regions of the world where giants are rumoured to be still alive today, like the Solomon Islands, see: http://www.solomonislandsmysteries.com/SOLOMON_ISLANDS_MYSTERIES/Welcome.html. If there are... or even were... giants walking the planet and evidence has been found of them, why have we not been told about it? There could be many reasons, some only known to those perpetrating the cover-up, but there's no doubt that somebody fears the impact such a discovery could have on the human world. I'm keen to know more about this; if any of Dr Ali's colleagues, to whom he sent his photographs, are reading this, could you please contact me? Your information will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Yeti Found?

An Oxford Professor claims to have solved the mystery of the Yeti, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-24565282 . Prof. Bryan Sykes has done a DNA analysis on hairs collected for him by local people which they say are from Yeti coats. The results are that the hairs come from an unknown species of bear closely related to the modern polar bear. Sykes has a book coming out soon and a TV series about this starts on Sunday, see: http://www.channel4.com/programmes/bigfoot-files; I shall watch the programme with interest and may write a review.
The Yeti, or Abominable Snowman, is said to be a myth, however there are many very credible eyewitness accounts of sightings of the beast; for example, the mountaineer and explorer Reinhold Messner. Footprints of the Yeti are regularly found and many have been photographed and cast. Most people who encounter the Yeti don't describe it as a bear, but rather a primate. It is a huge ape-like creature, usually standing upright on two legs like a human being. Bears can walk on their hind legs for short periods, but they look very different to primates when they do so. The Yeti has a thick coat of fur all over its body, sometimes this is described as white, sometimes brown. It's possible the colour of its fur changes with the seasons, as many other animals' do; white in winter to give it camouflage in snowy terrain. All in all, the Yeti is similar to Bigfoot, or the Sasquatch, of North America. There are many other primates in the world which can be described as "cryptids", unknown animals. There are even professional organizations whose job it is to track them down, like the Centre for Fortean Zoology, see: http://www.cfz.org.uk/ (Also see the links column on main HPANWO site) Prof. Sykes has proven that the hairs he was given are not real Yeti hairs, therefore the people who collected them obviously made a mistake; but it is far too soon to say that the mystery of the Yeti is now over. This new result does not mean that we should ignore the multiple eyewitness sightings that contradict Prof. Sykes conclusion.

On Benefits and Proud

See here for a recording of On Benefits and Proud: http://www.channel5.com/shows/on-benefits-proud/episodes/on-benefits-proud. (This link might only be live for a limited time; if a more permanent link becomes available I'll edit it in; keep checking back.)

Many people have said, and I agree, that the quality of television has declined over recent years. However this statement has become something of a nondescript cliche which is uttered in the same way people talk about the weather; it's rarely explored or defined. Hardly ever do TV viewers ask why, when there are more technological innovations, financial resources and skills in television production than ever before. It should make us very worried, especially when we realize that although any TV programme can be bad, there is a limit to how bad it can be by accident. I made this point a couple of months ago over Confessions of an Alien Abductee, see: http://hpanwo-tv.blogspot.co.uk/2013/06/confessions-of-alien-abductee-aftermath.html. It applies just as much to this latest waste of cathode rays.

When I first switched it on I assumed it was some kind of low-budget farcical comedy, but no, it is a documentary. It centres on the lives of a group of young women who have many children and live very expensive lives paid for by the Welfare State. One of them is Heather Frost, a recent tabloid star, see the picture above, and she has eleven children from adult age to small babies; she is thirty-eight and had her first baby as a fourteen year old girl. Her brood has three different fathers. One of the link shots of the programme is a scene of all her kids playing in an extra-large paddling pool. "It ain't against the fuckin' law to have eleven kids is it?" she drawls; maybe giving us ideas there! The programme opens with the statement: "Supporting people on benefits costs the country forty billion pounds a year!" and on three occasions they tell the viewer that Ms Frost's benefits add up to the equivalent of a £60,000 p.a. salary. It's odd that Channel 5 haven't made a programme about the Bank Bailout which cost the tax payer £3.8 trillion, that's the entire UK's Welfare budget for almost a century... but strangely the voices of enraged indignation go silent at that news. These "Welfare Queens" are inarticulate, foul-mouthed, physically overweight and extravagant in their tastes. They're filmed extracting large wads of cash from the bank and travelling around town from manicurists, to clothes shops, to pubs, to burger bars. The camera closes up on their opulence, jewellery, cable TV boxes, packets of cigarettes and cans of beer; and the cherry on the cake, the Frost's half million pound house 100% funded by Housing Benefit. Most scenes in their homes show one or more of them eating. Their menfolk are similar, very clownish and obtuse. One of them is filmed in several scenes lying on a couch. One of the shots cleverly shows him sitting reclined on the coach from a low angle, emphasizing the bulk of his lower body and therefore making him look like a generic "couch potato". After their shopping sprees the family go home to eat, drink and make merry while their overfilled shopping bags tip out onto the kitchen floor.

This entire light-hearted slice of life has a dark and acidic undertone that is intended to make the viewers' blood boil. The UK Government is currently on a project to dismantle the Welfare State, force the unemployed onto civic labour schemes and make life generally as uncomfortable as possible for anybody receiving benefits, see here for background: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/tory-boy-wants-more-slaves.html. The falsehood is being promoted that unemployment is a "lifestyle choice" rather than a national disaster caused simply by a lack of jobs, something that very few people indeed wish for. But when the Government is trying to raise public support for its scheme, will said public be thinking of the queues of miserable people outside the Job Centre Plus being interrogated by staff trained to be mentally abusive? Will they be thinking of the hundreds of thousands of families living off food stamps and picking up grocery boxes from the Red Cross? No, they'll be thinking of what they saw on TV, where they get most of what passes for information. They'll be thinking of Ms Frost and her accomplices featured in that programme, wrongly thinking that every town has a huge underclass of Heather Frosts bleeding "respectable taxpaying citizens" dry. In truth, Heather Frost and the others are virtually freak cases which have been filmed very selectively to portray them in a prearranged way. This is exactly what they did to Chantelle Pyper, Simon Parkes and the other "stars" of Confessions, following them around with a camera for two weeks and then editing it down to ten minutes of footage which presents the subject in a chosen light. A skilled TV programme maker can do that kind of thing to anybody if they know how. The question only remains: has the great British public enough intelligence to see through this revolting and spiteful propaganda hit piece, or are they just going to believe it and fall into line like their masters demand. Time will tell, but the comments under the video are cause for encouragement.

Underwater Pyramid found at the Azores

A pyramidal structure has been discovered on the seabed near the Azores islands. The structure looks artificial and is similar in size to the Pyramids of Egypt, see: http://beforeitsnews.com/beyond-science/2013/09/giant-underwater-pyramid-found-near-azores-island-associated-with-atlantis-portuguese-navy-investigating-2443658.html. An investigation by the Portuguese Navy has failed to yield any conclusive results other than declaring that the object is not a hazard to shipping. It will take further study by trained professionals to find out if this structure is man-made or not; and if so, when it was built. The first thing to do is find out when the seabed where the object stands was last dry land; this will give it a minimum age. The question is whether any institution with the resources necessary has the will to take up this challenge. If not it will be left up to private individuals and organizations as usual.

The Azores are a very interesting place to find something like this because they are in the right location for Plato's description of where Atlantis once ruled. He said that Atlantis lay west of "the Pillars of Hercules" which was the ancient Greek name for the Straits of Gibraltar, ie: in the Atlantic Ocean, hence its name. The Azores are in the middle of the Atlantic and consist of the surface outcroppings of the volcanic mid-Atlantic seamount ridge. However this new discovery is only one of many recent anomalies of man-made artefacts found on the bottom of the sea. Like the Yonaguni Monument: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ep9P6uX9BM, the Bimini Road: http://www.scribd.com/doc/29530246/Archaeological-Anomalies-in-the-Bahamas-Douglas-G-Richards and the "Cart Ruts" of Malta: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5CI8WDfuRNA. Many of these constructions are on land that was last above sea level at seven to ten thousand years BC, or even earlier. According to our official view of the past, there was no culture around in that era with the capability to build something like that; such a culture never surfaced until the Sumerian and Egyptian civilizations beginning about three thousand BC. I'm sure many alternative archaeologists will be flocking to the Azores right now! I can't wait to find out what they discover; rest assured I will report their findings on HPANWO Voice.

Randi sued over $Million Challenge

James Randi has been sued over his Million Dollar Challenge. Arch-Skeptic James Randi states that he will pay one million US dollars to anybody who can demonstrate the existence of the paranormal under controlled scientific conditions, see: http://www.randi.org/site/index.php/1m-challenge.html. However in May 2012 a George R Simpson of Florida USA filed a lawsuit against the James Randi Educational Foundation for fraud, misrepresentation ands breach of contract, see: http://www.bolenreport.com/feature_articles/Doctor's-Data-v-Barrett/milliondollarsuit1.htm. (The full court papers are here: http://www.etcorngods.com/complaint_randi.pdf). Randi's supporters have struck back, see: http://www.centerforinquiry.net/forums/viewthread/13664/P0/. This forum thread seems to be based on the personal incredulity the members feel for Mr Simpson's application. They express sympathy that the JREF rejected his application. However the complaint seems to make an entirely different point, one of malpractice on the part of the JREF, not of whether the phenomenon he is professing is valid for study or not. What Mr Simpson claims is that the JREF breached a contract, so this means that they had already agreed to process Mr Simpson's application and then wrongfully terminated it. Why did they do that? Why not just let Simpson do the preliminary test and fail, like so many others supposedly have done? Simpson states in section 36 of the court papers: "Why don't they return my phonecalls and emails? Is Randi afraid of my winning his $1 million?"

The JREF's solicitors filed a motion-to-dismiss which was overruled. That's all the information I can find so far about this case, which happened a year and a half ago. What's going on here? This is an unexpected development for me because I always assumed that Randi's Million Dollar Challenge, whether it proved or disproved anything, was at least legally watertight. If you look at the application documents above they seem to have been written with the law in mind and I even used the Challenge as an example with which to compare the Crop Circle Challenge, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/crop-circle-challenge-2013.html. Is it possible that the Million Dollar Challenge has never been won because of more than just Lyall Watson's "Cosmic Nanny"? I don't have enough information on this situation yet to judge for certain, but this has to be looked into because if it turns out that Randi is cheating then it speaks volumes, not just about the true nature of the Skeptic Movement, but the reality of the paranormal too.
See here for an important background article on James Randi: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2012/02/other-side-of-james-randi.html.

Columbus Day

Today is Columbus Day, celebrating the anniversary of the first landing of European man in the New World... or so we're told. Five weeks after setting sail from the Canary Islands, a fleet of three ships Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria, under the command of Cristobal Colon, aka Christopher Columbus, reached the island of San Salvador in the Bahamas. It was the 12th of October 1492. Columbus was supposedly on a quest to find a trade route around the unexplored far side of the world, across the Atlantic Ocean to the Far East. He supposedly never expected to find any land in between except maybe a few islands here and there; instead he stumbled upon two entire continents. He also in the process realized that the planet Earth is about twice the size that everybody thought it was. During the following century this entire new land was trailblazed by many different explorers, mostly Spanish and known collectively as the Conquistadors. After a while these new continents became known as "America"; nobody is exactly sure how, but it is said to be named after one of Columbus' successors, Amerigo Vespucci. The day it all began, five hundred and twenty one years ago today, is a major feast day in much of the world.

But what was it all really about? As is so often the case, there is another side to the story, a subtext that tells a different tale. The model of the world officially recognized at that time, see the picture at the top of this article, was known by the secret society network to be false. The Americas were not only understood to exist, they had been visited many times before by ships with initiated crews. Some of these voyages have become semi-official in certain places. It is virtually certain that the Vikings knew about Greenland and eastern Canada and in 1170, over three hundred years before Columbus, a Welsh prince called Madog ab Owain, set sail across what is still called in Wales today Y Cefnfor Gorllewinol, "The Western Ocean". Madog and his crew never came home, but when the Conquistadors went to America in recorded history they found a strange tribe of Indians who appeared very different in racial terms to most of the others. They were pale skinned and some had fair hair and blue eyes, unknown among America's native peoples. Amazingly some words of their language were Welsh. Perhaps Madog and his men couldn't get home to Wales, or chose not to, and stayed the rest of their lives in America living with the Indians and eventually having children with them. There is more evidence in America, like a stone ship anchor of a design only made in Wales. Other out of place artefacts have been found in the Americas which indicate secret voyages between the Americas and the rest of the world even before Madog. These include Egyptian mummies in the Grand Canyon, see: https://sites.google.com/site/ancientegyptiansinamerica/ancient-egyptians-grand-canyon, the wreck of a Roman galley in Brazil, see: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1038045/posts and Ancient Greek remains in New Brunswick, Canada, see: http://canada.greekreporter.com/2012/04/21/researcher-claims-ancient-greeks-made-it-to-america-before-columbus/. It wasn't just one way either; in Egypt itself a mummy was once found of a man who had smoked cocaine. Where did he get that from? It had to be America. Most intriguing of all is some of the artwork of the ancient Americans which clearly show people of many different racial backgrounds. These giant stone heads of the Olmecs are manifestly depicting black people, that means Africans, see: http://precolumbianoceanictravel.weebly.com/the-mystery-of-the-olmec.html. Christopher Columbus was a Freemason and an agent of the Knights Templar, which had survived the purge of 1307 by fleeing to several places, Scotland and England, but also America. There was a Freemasonic Templar colony in Nova Scotia by the 13th century and so Columbus was probably following routes that had already been sounded out by his Brother Templars a long time before.

So Columbus' voyage was not really one of exploration, but of revelation. The big question has to be: if the secret governments or Illuminati knew about the existence of the Americas for so many centuries and had kept its existence a secret, why did they suddenly decide to declassify it in the fifteenth century? That's a difficult one to answer. It could be that the growing diffusion of modern shipbuilding methods and navigation equipment meant that too many people now had the ability to make long transoceanic sea voyages and that sooner or later somebody unauthorized might discover America and lay legal claim to it, necessitating the existing keepers of the hidden world to get in there first. But perhaps the reasons were more than just a fear of getting gazumped by the "profane". It's possible that political and economic strategists decided that the shifting tides of human society had reached a point in which it would be beneficial for the disclosure of America to be made. In this way it's not dissimilar to the political climate of the Cold War directing the first official moon landing in 1969 (or not, as the case may be: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2009/01/i-went-to-godamn-moon.html). There is little doubt that with the secret development of free energy and antigravity that somebody must have decided to pay a visit to the moon long before then. The alternative view to the official narrative of Columbus' voyage is more important today than any other day, as so many nations enjoy a public holiday; because it represents a monumental fraud, one that has endured for five hundred years too long.

Tommy Robinson quits EDL

Tommy Robinson, the leader and one of the principle founders of the English defence League, has publicly resigned from the organization, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8i7AAjiTks. The EDL is a fairly new group founded in November 2009 in Luton. It's not a political party, but a pressure group; however it has several political wings like Liberty GB, see: http://libertygb.org.uk/v1/. It is most renowned for its very noisy and disruptive street protests which often descend into riots and brawls with counter-demonstrators, EG see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfu--7bqXN0. The EDL has been described as far right and racist, however they themselves deny this and welcome non-white members. The core message of everything they do is an opposition to radical Islam. However, as I've explained, radical Islam is itself a construct of the government via the intelligence services, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/engineered-islam.html. There's also increasing evidence that the EDL is too. As I said in the linked article, Nick Griffin of the BNP is not one of my favourite people, but he occasionally stumbles upon some groundbreaking information without understanding its full significance, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRRIm8hYfBo&list=PLZuDg6IHm1eldyLl5TkMg5KXEUarVRipP. The connections between the EDL and Mossad should cause us to be more than suspicious. Add together the background to Anjem Choudary and his organization, also in the linked article above, and the pieces of the jigsaw all fit into place.

However, I suspect that Tommy Robinson may just be being used again by another level of the conspiracy. As members of the Kent Freedom Movement have pointed out, he has joined an organization called the Quilliam Foundation, a "think tank", see: http://www.quilliamfoundation.org/. Quite frankly, it has all the hallmarks of being another Mossad and/or Tavistock Institute front. In fact there have been criticisms from both inside and outside the Muslim community saying that Quilliam is diverting attention away from Western and Israeli aggression in the Middle East. It is also openly funded by the coalition Government. I wish Tommy Robinson all the best, I think he's a man who means well and has taken a brave decision; but he is, at the moment, hopelessly naive. I will be watching him to see where this new role in his life takes him. With any luck he will understand the true nature of the psychological warfare being played against everyone in Britain and beyond, of all faiths and nationalities.

"Esoteric" Website Censorship

This online petition has just been launched and I implore all HPANWO-readers to sign it, even though its basis is so far unconfirmed:
http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/uk-prime-minister-david-cameron-stop-the-unnecessary-censorship-of-esoteric-websites-and-web-forums?share_id=GiAQWGMHse&utm_campaign=friend_inviter_chat&utm_medium=facebook&utm_source=share_petition&utm_term=permissions_dialog_false . It will send out a powerful message to anybody even thinking about introducing web censorship, that we the people will not stand for it. I'm pleased to see that it's almost full already. Here is the source page that prompted Change.org to set up the petition: https://www.openrightsgroup.org/blog/2013/sleepwalking-into-censorship.

The Internet is the most significant advancement in free public access media since the printing press. Interestingly when the first printing presses were invented about a thousand years ago in China they were strictly licensed and it became a serious criminal offence to own an illicit one. Now it seems the same is being tried out in the modern world. I have my doubts about whether complete global Internet control is possible; the Net is so very decentralized and ubiquitous, but it is certainly possible to control a portion of it, at least temporarily. The UK Government has proposed Net censorship quite a lot recently, "coincidentally" at the same time that some terrible stories have been published about the consequences of Internet abuse, see: http://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/internet-bullying-prs.html. This latest article about it from the Open Rights Group is said to be based on discussions with Internet service providers. A few years ago my own ISP, Talk Talk, made a noble stand against the Digital Economy Act, see: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-15212651; I hope they will do so again with these new measures. The questionnaire the Open Rights Group published is two stage; the first asks whether you wish to have parental control, which is perfectly reasonable and is already done by most ISP's anyway. The second segment is what bothers me; what do they mean by "esoteric material"? I think the most likely interpretation is websites covering paranormal, spiritual and conspiratorial subjects. This includes HPANWO; and it also covers about 90% of all the other websites I visit. You might think that this is not a problem because all you have to do is deselect the options, but notice how select-all is the default setting? And please bear in mind that this is not the end result of the Government's censorship project, this is just the beginning. They will add more restrictions on once people get used to these ones. If we don't resist them we may end up with a World Wide Web which is a pale husk of its former self, resembling North Korea's Kwanyong intranet, see: http://hpanwo-radio.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/cmr-listener-in-north-korea.html

White Chemtrails

A recent Channel 4 News programme featured a story on climate change that made me sit up big time:
http://www.channel4.com/news/can-we-beat-climate-change-with-geoengineering-ipcc-report-global-warming. The segment discusses a new report issued by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change about the feasibility of geoengineering. There are currently no published plans for any geoengineering project, however the idea is being discussed theoretically by the IPCC. What's interesting is that at the one minute mark, the newsreader brings up subjects that are "a bit out there!" He then goes on to describe the very same thing I saw as a child on Tomorrow's World, see: http://hpanwo.blogspot.co.uk/2007/10/chemtrails-and-tomorrows-world.html. Just because the IPCC hasn't published any plans on geoengineering doesn't mean such plans have never been made. I think they have indeed been made, a long time ago now. What's more I think those plans have been put into action; this is what chemtrails are. If climate change is such a huge threat, or even if enough very effectual people think that it's a threat, they may well have chosen to launch the aircraft-based part of the project in secret. Surely when the safety of our planet is concerned they're not obliged to observe liberal piety! Personally I suspect that chemtrails may serve another purpose altogether and do not have anything to do with stopping climate change, (In fact the IPCC has finally admitted that global warming has stopped, "paused" in their words: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-24173504, after people have lost their careers for suggesting it) but even the personnel involved with the project need not know that; the pilots and other individuals carrying out chemtrailing may well be compartmentalized out of full initiation and therefore have no idea what the substance is they are spraying. They may well believe they're doing something that is secret but good; saving the Earth from destruction. There are several theories relating to the true nature of chemtrails; they may be connected with HAARP or perhaps Morgellons Disease and transhumanism, see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzW5Kb8u0Og. Either way one thing is certain, they are bad news for us. Incidentally, the idea of putting mirrors up in space between the Earth and the sun also sounds very hazardous, and I can't help speculating what covert purpose that idea might serve.

The Channel 4 News report continues with a debate between two climatologists which Richard D Hall would call a "phoney bone of contention". The interesting part is just the first two minutes. If chemtrails are real, and I'm convinced that they are, then they're a black budget programme, completely undisclosed with no democratic oversight at all. What we could be seeing in the next few months or years is an attempt to lift chemtrails out of the black world into the grey world and eventually the white; white being a project that is largely open, approved by parliamentary politics and publicly acknowledged. An analogy would be the F117 Stealth Fighter which began as a black project and slowly became grey, semi secret, and then white, not secret at all. From the point of view of the manipulators, the problem with making chemtrails public is firstly that a "decadent population" might not agree to them; most of the world's countries will have to allow their airspace to be used for them. Secondly, when chemtrails are sprayed publicly for all the world to see and we detect no difference at all in the sky between what is looks like then and what it's looked like for the last thirty years, we may start wondering if they really did begin doing it long before they came clean about it; and you can be sure we "conspiracy nuts" and "chemtards" will make a point of reminding them. How will they respond to that? My friend and fellow researcher Jackie Noise has made a video about this subject too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2VB39bRQhU
